Services

Services that we link consumers with at Randolph Fellowship Home Inc. houses.
The Intensive Outpatient Program

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide intensive counseling for those clients dealing with a diagnosis of substance dependence. The program is up to 12 weeks in length and blends both individual counseling and group counseling in a structured outpatient treatment setting.

IOP treatment groups meet three times per week as mandated by North Carolina state service definitions. Individual counseling is offered once per week (or more) depending on each client’s need. Random urinalysis drug testing occurs at various times during the course of IOP treatment. IOP participants are encouraged to also begin seeking additional community support for their recoveries to reinforce & enhance their commitment to an ongoing substance free life.

Vocational Rehabilition

Getting or keeping a job is the main goal of the partnership between the consumer and VR. After an evaluation of the consumer’s strengths, skills and experience, an individual plan for employment is jointly developed by the consumer and counselor, carefully monitored and, if needed, adjustments are made.

Employers seeking motivated and dependable employees benefit from RVW’s training, placement and job coaching services. And many adults with developmental or physical disabilities receive job training so they’re able to work, earn wages and grow into independent, tax-paying citizens
